Terms of Service
1. Object
These Terms of Service (ToS) govern the use of the Jobelia platform, an online assistance service for job application optimization and job search. Jobelia is a Software as a Service (SaaS) accessible via the internet.
2. Services Offered
Jobelia offers the following services:
- Assessment of the match between your profile and targeted positions
- Personalized advice to optimize your applications
- Suggestions to optimize your resume based on job offers
- Proposal of cover letters or introductory emails
- Advice to prepare for interviews
3. Subscription Plans
Jobelia offers several subscription plans:
- Free Plan: Free plan with 2 monthly analysis credits
- Basic Plan: Entry-level plan with limited monthly credits
- Pro Plan: Recommended plan for active job seekers
- Premium Plan: Complete plan for optimal support
Subscriptions can be taken for commitment periods of 1, 3, or 6 months. Discounts are applied for 3-month (-15%) and 6-month (-30%) commitments.
4. Analysis Credits
Each plan includes a defined number of monthly analysis credits. Unused credits are not carried over to the next month. Additional credits can be purchased separately (one-time purchase, no commitment) and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
5. Pricing and Billing
Subscription prices are indicated in euros including tax on the pricing page. Payments are made via Stripe, our secure payment provider. Billing is automatic according to the chosen frequency (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually).
6. Payment Methods
Payment is made by credit card via the Stripe platform. The Customer guarantees to Jobelia that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. In case of payment refusal, access to the service will be suspended until regularization.
7. Duration and Termination
The subscription is concluded for the chosen commitment period (1, 3, or 6 months). Upon expiration of this period, the subscription automatically renews for the same duration, unless terminated by either party with 30 days' notice before the renewal date.
The Customer can terminate their subscription at any time from their personal space. Termination takes effect at the end of the current period. No refund will be made for the current period.
8. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the subscription date to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their withdrawal decision by email to the address indicated in the legal notice. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made within 14 days.
9. Service Availability
Jobelia strives to ensure 24/7 service availability. However, Jobelia reserves the right to temporarily interrupt access to the service for maintenance, update, or force majeure reasons, without this giving rise to a refund or compensation.
10. Liability
Jobelia is a job application assistance tool. The advice and suggestions provided are indicative and do not guarantee obtaining a job or an interview. Jobelia cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the Customer based on information provided by the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Jobelia platform (texts, images, logos, software) are the exclusive property of Jobelia and are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.
12. Personal Data Protection
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, accessible on the platform. The Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and object to their personal data.
13. Modification of Terms
Jobelia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated to Customers by email or via the platform. In case of disagreement, the Customer can terminate their subscription under the conditions provided in Article 7.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
